RETURN METHOD

If you need to make a return, be sure to follow these guidelines:

Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them and that all original tags and labels are attached. The goods must not be altered, worn or washed or we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

Email tortorellaconceptstore@gmail.com and request return authorisation, quoting your order number, the model, size and colour you purchased.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you the confirmation and return form by email, which you must fill in and include in the package.

Use the box you received your order in and make sure it is tightly closed to avoid damage during shipping.

By post or by the courier you trust. We recommend that you use a shipment with tracking or receipt, as you are solely responsible for the shipment. You must provide us with tracking and let us know which courier you are shipping with.

Tortorella srl is not responsible for delays or loss of packages.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returns will not be authorised under the following conditions:
- You are not a consumer;
- The package containing the returned items is delivered after more than 14 days from the date of purchase or 10 days in the case of a faulty garment;
- Your item does not arrive in the same condition as you received it, unused, labelled and in the original packaging.

In the event of non-delivery of the order, we will cancel and refund.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

It is possible to exchange your purchase for other sizes of the same model. However, it is not possible to change the purchased items with different models. In any case, all changes must be authorised by TORTORELLA and will be made on the basis of stock availability.

REFUND

Once the return has been received and checked, we will send you an email within 7 working days to let you know that we have received the item, to inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund and, if approved, to ask you to Choose between the following refund methods, which we will arrange within the next 14 days:

Issuing a credit note which will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

In addition to the item price, the shipping costs of the order will be refunded.
There is no refund for expenses charged on the order for which a refund is requested.

If the return is at our expense, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, recheck your account or payment account and then contact the credit card company, PayPal or the office used for payment. It may technically take some time for your refund to be registered.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE CLOTHING

We remind you that you are entitled to a statutory warranty for the conformity of the goods and you can request the return of the non-conforming item in accordance with the law, which differs depending on whether you are a consumer or not.
To prove that the product is non-conforming, we may ask you to send us a photograph of the item.
In the event that the items are faulty, damaged or have manufacturing defects, the shipping costs will be borne by Tortorella srl. In this case, we ask you to report the defect no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods.

CHANGES AND UPDATING OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time by TORTORELLA, also taking into account any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply from the date of publication on tortorellashop.com.
