Raspberry Leaf Tea

Raspberry leaf tea contains tannins that can help soften the cervix and strengthen the uterine muscles. This can make labor easier and faster. Raspberry leaf tea can be drunk starting in the 34th week of pregnancy.
 

Sitz Baths

We recommend:
